Dear Customer,
We inform you that, pursuant to art. 13 of the EU Reg. 679/2016 Chef Express S.p.A. will process the data provided by you in compliance with the law, allowing you to take advantage of exclusive benefits reserved to the holders of the Chef Express Card.The personal data you provide are collected through automated systems when completing the registration form for purposes related to the release, management and allocation of benefits related to the use of the Chef Express Card.

A) You can express your will for activities related to different purposes such as customer profiling to improve the offer of products and services of Chef Express SpA. by analysis of habits and consumption choices.
B) You can express your will for activities related to different purposes such as the activities of "direct marketing" through the sending of advertising / promotional material through ordinary mail, e-mail, sms and / or Newsletters relating to services and / or products Chef Express and its brands.

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in points A and B is optional, its refusal will make it impossible to follow up on the related activities, but will also allow you to take advantage of the advantages related to the use of the Chef Express Card.The Data Controller is Chef Express SpA with headquarters in Castelvetro di Modena (MO), Via Modena 53, in the person of its Legal Representative.

The list of third-party companies, having technical tasks / management of the related software in the context of promotions, is available at the Data Controller upon request by the interested party.Duration of processing: for the entire duration of its registration, as well as (if applicable) the necessary one in order to comply with accounting and tax obligations.Pursuant to articles 15.16, 17, 18.19, 20, 21 of the EU Reg. 679/2016, the interested party has the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of the data and of:
• request access to personal data and the correction, integration or cancellation (partial or total) of the same or the limitation of treatment or to oppose their treatment, in addition to the right to data portability.
• Know what personal data are recorded, their origin, the purpose of the processing and the retention period.
• Revoke the consent at any time to the processing of personal data, without however jeopardizing the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given prior to the revocation.
• Oppose in whole or in part to illegitimate data processing.
• Propose a complaint to a supervisory authority.
